Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born 4 August 1981, is an American actor. She is most famous for her performance in the film The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You and also for her role in the TV seriesAngela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne and Suits. Amantha Holden is the Sundance Channel's drama Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked in film and television. The roles she played in the drama series Rectify and the sci-fi show Timeless made her a star. She hails from Gulf Breeze, Florida. She made her debut in acting with the soap opera All My Children. For her work she received the Soap Opera Digest Award as the most outstanding female newcomer. The next couple of years she mostly played guest roles on a variety of TV series. For instance, in the TV show Hawthorne the actress was widely acknowledged for her character of the role of Dr. Erin Jameson. Due to her stunning appearance and a dazzling acting ability gradually, she gained the attention of a huge following. When she was twenty, she made her acting debut in the film Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War was another film where she played a leading role. The part she played as a character in Beautiful Now earned her a nomination at the Madrid International Film Festival Award. The leading character of Timeless plays Lucy Preston, history professor. It has been well-received by critics and Spencer's performance has been nominated for The Teen Choice Award.
